Play Football Registration
Once Play Football is open and taking registrations, you want every new player registered in Majestri from that point to go on and also do their registration in the FFA system.
Within Majestri, is the ability to chain the two registration processes together, greatly increasing the likelihood that players will perform both their club registration (with Majestri) and their player registration (with Play Football).
This short guide shows you how to configure your yearly season event to provide this double registration experience to members.
Where?
On the event setup page for any of your outdoor seasons, select the settings link as pictured below.
On the popup screen that appears, locate the section titled "End Of Registration Experience"
How it works
There are two ways for one of your members to conclude their Majestri registration. They either pay online with a credit card and finish with a receipt, or they opt to pay from the resulting invoice, which gets displayed on screen. It is on each of these final screens that the integration point with Play Football occurs.
With the enabling of this functionality, there are now a maximum of 3 sections that appear on this "final page". The bottom section is always the relevant financial document (invoice or receipt) and is always present on this final page.
Let's discuss the other two sections and how they relate to the settings in the event setup.
Play Football Panel
This panel will automatically display for all members when the highlighted link below is set to Yes.
This panel will automatically pull player names and FFA numbers from the Majestri registration and display them in the panel, accompanied by a link to the Play Football login.
Here's what your members see:
Custom Content Section
The middle section of the page, sandwiched between the Play Football panel (above) and the financial document (below) is some custom content. It is completely under club control as to what appears there, and can be used to display information to your members, such as:
- Anything they need to be aware of when going to Play Football (eg. don't pay any invoices over there).
- Any other post-registration instructions (eg. team selection days, uniform collection days).
To create this content, simply create a new Web Page in the Majestri system and fill it with whatever content you feel is necessary.
When ready, you can then use the drop-down list in the "End of Registration Experience" section (as shown above) to locate the page that you built in the step above. The content of that page is "sucked out" and "injected" into its place in that final page.

If you are not building a web page specifically for this event, then we advise to just leave this field blank, as it is not necessary.
